Everything said in your videos and audio files is worth finding later - a quote for a case study, the moment a product gets explained, what was actually agreed on a recorded call. Tagbox transcribes it all automatically, so spoken words become as searchable as tags.

Upload a video or audio file and transcription starts on its own. There's nothing to turn on.

Once it's done, the transcript appears on the file's preview page, and every word in it is searchable from the main search bar - so a search can surface a file because of something said thirty seconds in, not because of how it was named.

Finding the file is half of it. In video, a transcript match takes you to the exact point where the phrase was said, marked on the video timeline beside the player. Search for "sustainability" and you land on the sentence, not the start of the file.

The transcript can also be turned on as in-video captions, so a video is watchable with the sound off - which is how most people will see it on social.

Generic transcription mangles the words that matter most to you - your company name, your product names, your partners. Ours takes your own vocabulary into account, so the terms you'd actually search for come out right rather than as a near-miss spelling.
